Overall, everything was good — the facilities, Dr. Rekha, and the staff were all very helpful and attentive. The customer service team was also very helpful and supportive, which made the whole experience much easier. However, there is a small area for improvement. It would be great if a 24-hour vending machine (for drinks and light food) could be made available. For example, when I came to the Emergency Department early in the morning, I needed to go out of the hospital to get something to eat or drink. This was a bit challenging, especially as my wife was unwell and about to deliver at that time. Nevertheless, thank you for the good care provided.

Safely gave birth here under dr rekha.. The services provided by the hospital especially, dr tan shir ley (pediatrician), dr rekha and the nurses were the best so far. Thank you so much for being very helpful. They really took a good care of me and my baby. Five star rating to ms halimatus sa’adiah (one of the nurses) and ms shuba (admission) for the service and hospitality. Me and my husband never regret our decision by choosing this hospital.
