Thank you so much for both Dr. Teh Yew Ching and Dato' Dr. Lim Lay Hooi for great care during my sister's admission for removal and reconstruction of breast cancer. I was the one following the whole journey with her. From the first clinic visits explanation, to the exceptional skill of surgery, post-surgery care, and now follow-ups - both of doctors had been so professional, caring and patience. Also great compliment to the clinic nurses of Dr Teh YC and Ms Chan (Clinic nurse for Dato' Dr Lim) - in ensuring the arrangement of appointments, managing our expectations when there are busy clinics, and explain again the next appointment time. witness that few times, they had shown patience while explaining to some patients who demanded a lot, they patiently explain again and again politely till the patient satisfied.

The hospital's facility is great. Registration staff was friendly and professional. Dr Teh and clinic staff were good. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of one Indian lady manning the reception of Imaging Department. She was rude and being ignorant. Just because I don't look Chinese/Indian/Malay doesn't mean she can treat me double-standardly. Please treat everyone equally regardless they're Malaysian or not. Afterall, we're PAYING YOU for your service.
