The service and nurses are satisfactory, Dato Dr Suresh and Dr Foo are good, explain clearly and the most important thing is ibuprofen, I don't feel any pain.

After being admitted to another private hospital in Alor Setar (*Kxx) for several days without a proper diagnosis or effective treatment, my nephew continued to feel unwell after being discharged. Thank you so much to Dato Suresh & team , Dr Foo & team for the operation on my father in law's slipped disc cervical spine. Today the operation is going on in the ward tomorrow. Discharge the next day. Alhamdulillah. First time admitting Aurelius. The hospital environment is very calm and clean. From the beginning of coming to do an MRI in radiology, emergency and the admission process is very smooth. There are friendly runners who help push things and send them to the ward. The room is beautiful and clean. The ward food is delicious. The service from the nurses in dandelion ward 3a is also good. Waiting for discharge takes a little time but it's good because settling billing and returning the medicine to the pharmacy will be ready in the ward. Thank you all!! Keep up the good work!

Had a wonderful delivery experience at Hospital Aurelius Alor Setar. Dr Rohana, Dr Foo, Dr Rahmah, Kak Nang Labour Room Team & OT room team was superb handling my emergency labor case. All ward nurses very nice, answering all my questions, giving me post-natal tips care, attend & me well during 3days 2night my stay. Recommended if you want to have a pleasant and positive labor experience.
