My initial appointment was scheduled for 9 June at 11:00 AM, but my condition deteriorated significantly on 8 June. Despite the short notice, Dr. Lim kindly accommodated me as an emergency walk-in patient. At that time, I was in very poor condition and deeply concerned about my health. From admission through discharge, Dr. Lim demonstrated exceptional professionalism, patience, and compassion. He took the time to explain my condition clearly, answered my questions attentively, and guided me through every stage of my recovery. His dedication and genuine concern for his patients gave me great reassurance during a difficult period. I would also like to commend the nurses and hospital staffs for their kindness, attentiveness, and prompt assistance throughout my stay. Every request was handled with care and professionalism, making my hospital experience much more comfortable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of care and service provided. I am truly grateful for the doctor's help to my father at that time. Every follow-up appointment thereafter, Dr. Lim and his nurses always treated my father well, were very polite to the elderly, and were full of patience. Dr. Lim is indeed an expert in ear, nose, and throat treatment, making patients feel very confident and safe. In May 2026, my husband had a sore throat, and we also sought treatment from Dr. Lim. The doctor was very diligent and responsible, visiting patients in the ward as early as 6 AM. The sincerity and dedication of such a caring doctor were truly felt. Their service was excellent, they took care of patients with great attention, were polite, and not arrogant. The ward rooms and bathrooms were also cleaned daily, making the hospital environment very comfortable and calming. I would also like to express my special thanks to the very lovely nurse, Siti Nurs Syazwani 😍 She was always smiling, very friendly, and took good care of the patient, making us feel very appreciated and warm-hearted. I have been seeing doctors at this hospital for 10 years. Every time I have had a health issue, the doctors here have saved me. I am truly grateful to the great and professional doctors, including Dr. Lim Chee Chong from ENT, Dr. Git Ka Ann from Urology, and Dr. Awangku from Cardiology. Additionally, a great Gastroenterologist, Dr. Beh Liang Kueh, retired at the end of last year.
