Wonderful Experience with Health Screening at SMCV! I recently scheduled a heart health screening for my parent at SMCV and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were greeted and assisted by staff members Ting Ting, Kong, and Pui Ling, who were incredibly helpful throughout the pre-registration and screening process. They were patient, attentive, and addressed all our concerns with care and professionalism. A special mention to diagnostic staff Hafizah, who was precise and gentle during the ECG procedure, ensuring everything was done accurately and safely. The session concluded with a highly professional consultation by Urologist Consultant Dato' Dr. Selva and Dr. Leong Qi Wen. They provided a clear, detailed explanation of the results and gave thoughtful suggestions, all while showing great patience and respect when speaking with my elderly parent.
