Great level of professionalism and compassion shown by the attending resident MO (a young malay dr) and staff at the ED even though it was almost 3 am. Smooth registration process and quick admission to the ward. I have great respect and gratitude towards DR.KOH HSIEN WEN who was very attentive and respectful in providing the necessary treatment. Husband admitted yesterday and the whole process is super smooth. All officer is very friendly and helpful. Doctor koh is professional. She also gave us advice like what can we do next if the illness persists and how to prevent. There is a male nurse (chan) is very caring. He inject the medicine slowly and careful, is rare where my husband say the injection is no pain at all. Can see he is a very professional nurse. Thank you so much for taking care my husband!
