would like to share my experience with dr henry & ms farhana. 🙏🏼 overall a great experience, from making an appointment to meeting the doctor. ms farhana kindly assisted me throughout the booking process and clearly explained dr’s schedule beforehand to me so that i wouldn’t waste my time. despite multiple times of changing my appointment date, ms farhana remained calm in replying me through whatsapp and updating me for the next process. thank you for your kind gestures and friendly attitude despite the high amount of patients. she also remembers the patients, which i really appreciate. ❤️ huge thanks for dr henry for delivering an impeccable service. patutlah klinik dr selalu ramai 😭 i was afraid prior to coming, but i’m glad i made the decision to meet dr henry. thank you for taking your time in explaining everything in details & making patients feel comfortable in sharing their conditions. he also doesn't dismiss patients’ concerns, which is another great thing. although there’s a lot of patients, the dr doesn't skimp over the treatment & explanation which i really appreciate. he also takes his time in answering all the questions i have without belittling the patients. thank you dr henry & ms farhana, truly recommended! 🙏🏼👍🏼
The Orthopedic Clinic greatly facilitates patient affairs. Dr. Jefri is very kind, professional, and provides clear explanations. I would also like to thank the staff member, Grace, who was very helpful in resolving matters related to KPJ Care, including managing the Guarantee Letter (GL). All processes went smoothly and eased the flow for seeing the doctor. The service was very satisfactory. Highly recommended!
