I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Ronny from Columbia Asia Klang for the excellent service and consultation I received when I was treated for my knee pain. Dr. Ronny is very professional, friendly, and most importantly, I appreciated how he explained my condition and potential knee issues very clearly and easily understood. He also suggested that I undergo an MRI to get a more accurate picture of my knee condition and clearly explained what I needed to do next. I truly appreciate how he took the time to explain and ensure that I understood my condition. In addition, I would also like to praise all the nurses in Ward MD1. The service provided was excellent; the nurses were very helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay in the ward. In terms of food, facilities, and the overall service at Columbia Asia Klang, everything was very satisfactory and top-notch. I felt comfortable and well cared for during my stay here.
