Dr. Robin Dari, an orthopedic surgeon, is very competent and friendly.
I had a great experience with Dr. Phon Su Ee. She is highly professional, patient, and friendly, which makes patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns and symptoms. She is also very empathetic and provides great emotional support throughout the consultation. One thing I really appreciate is that she listens carefully to everything her patients have to say before giving her professional advice. She takes the time to fully understand the situation rather than rushing through the consultation. She also explains the available treatment options clearly and allows patients to choose the approach they feel most comfortable with, without any pressure. What impressed me the most is her dedication. Even during holidays, she still takes the time to reply to her patients’ messages and is always willing to help ease their worries and anxiety. Her prompt responses and genuine care provide great reassurance. I would also like to give a special mention to Dr. Phon’s assistant. She is incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. She remembers the patients under Dr. Phon’s care and always handles every interaction with kindness and professionalism, making every visit a pleasant experience. Overall, I truly appreciate the excellent care and support provided by both Dr. Phon and her assistant.
