Alhamdulillah, check-in was from Monday to Wednesday (1/7/26). I had a very kind doctor, soft-spoken, who explained everything in detail, one by one. Thank you, Dr. Nur Shams Bin Mohd Ali (General Surgeon), for all the clear and understandable advice and explanations. From the initial consultation to the treatment, Dr. Nur Shams explained everything step-by-step until I understood. The hospital is beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly and kind. Everything was good and satisfactory. Thank you to the staff nurses and the doctor!

Few months ago, my mother had her right proximal humerus fracture and needed an immediate surgery. Dr. Nicholas Ho (Orthopaedic Surgeon) did the surgery and monitored her progress so well until she feels comfortable to discharged. The hospital nursing care and facilities was beyond our expectations. I wish to thanked and express our gratitude to the entire Hospital Seri Botani Drs, Nurses & Staffs. Thank you again.

Regarding the treatment, it was very professional. Before starting the session, the doctor and nurse would explain everything until I understood. After the treatment was completed, the doctor would explain again, and if I didn't understand, I could contact the doctor directly. After discharge, the hospital would follow up to ask about my condition. So far, it was indeed excellent; I didn't feel like I was admitted to the hospital. It felt more like checking into a hotel. The service was superb. Thank you, especially to Dr. Sham from General Surgery and the nurses on duty. They were truly awesome.

Thanks to Dr. Satesh, my physician, and Dr. Tilagaan from the Emergency Department for taking good care of my condition and providing clear explanations throughout my treatment. I would also like to thank the Emergency Department, Radiology Department, Health Screening (CVT) Department, and the Customer Service front counter staff for making my follow up journey smooth and comfortable. Really appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by all the staff.
