From my first consultation until the surgery and follow-up, Dr Lim was very professional, patient and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. I would also like to thank all the nurses and staff for their kindness, patience and excellent care. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive whenever I needed assistance. I received treatment from Dr. Thokha here. The staff and the doctor were very helpful and made our process easy. The hospital is also clean and the procedures are straightforward. I hope the hospital management can consider adding more restrooms.
