I am incredibly impressed by the exceptional service at PCSH! Dr. Ng Seng Yew was outstanding and highly professional, perfectly solving our problem with great suggestions. What impressed us the most is the customer service and support teams did an absolutely incredible job and were extremely polite, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. When there was a brief delay in a nurse's response, they quickly provided a complimentary meal to apologize, such a thoughtful gesture that really proved how much they prioritize patient comfort. They went above and beyond for us yet again at discharge, realizing we had no transport, they amazingly arranged a free ride to send us directly home without any extra charge! To top it off, our single room was fantastic and very comfortable, complete with a highly convenient sofa bed that was perfect for an overnight caregiver. I highly recommend PCSH for their top-notch medical expertise and deeply compassionate care. Great job, PCSH team! 🩷

This is by far the best private hospital I've ever been to. I brought my mom here for her cataract issue, and she was attended by Dr. Ummi. Doctor Ummi was very understanding of my mom's condition and did her best to provide the best and quickest solution to proceed with the surgery. I also want to mention Dr. Ummi's assistant, who was incredibly attentive and caring towards both my mom and me. (I'm still so grateful for the kindness and support we received) Not to mention our Welfare Services officer, Madam Esther. She was amazing. She explained everything clearly regarding the available services and went above and beyond to help us, especially since we were paying out of pocket. Thank you so much, Madam. I truly appreciate all your help. This will definitely be our first choice of hospital if we ever need treatment again in the future. 10/10. Highly recommended!

Great health screening experience. Everything was well organized, and the process was quick and efficient. Special thanks to Ms Yuen of Wellness Center for being gentle and professional. Dr. Paula was highly professional and patiently explained each test results in a clear and reassuring way which made me feel comfortable and well informed. Overall, the service was good, but the toilets could be cleaner. I hope the cleanliness can be improved to provide a better experience for patients and visitors.
