We had a wonderful experience with Dr Navdeep and the team at Alpha IVF. As we travelled from Singapore for the treatment, we really appreciated how efficient and seamless the entire process was. Communication was excellent, and the arrangements were flexible and convenient throughout. Dr Navdeep is patient, professional, knowledgeable and very reassuring. He always took the time to answer our many questions and was incredibly prompt in responding, regardless of the time. Whenever we needed additional reassurance, he was willing to hop on a call, even at short notice. His advice, guidance and constant support gave us a great deal of comfort during what could otherwise have been a very stressful and emotional process. A special thank you also to his nurse, Kersin, who was always efficient, helpful and responsive. She coordinated everything smoothly and made sure we knew exactly what to do at every stage. We were very fortunate to be successful with our first transfer with Alpha and are now 15 weeks pregnant. We remain hopeful that everything will continue to go well and are very pleased that we chose Dr Navdeep and Alpha IVF.

I conceived my baby naturally and had all my check-ups with Dr. Lam at Alpha throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Lam is very professional, patient, and attentive during every consultation. He always took the time to explain things clearly and gave us helpful advice, which made me feel reassured throughout my pregnancy. Eventually, I had to undergo a Caesarean section based on Dr. Lam’s professional advice. Looking back, I have absolutely no regrets about the decision we made. I’m truly grateful for his guidance and care throughout my pregnancy and delivery. I highly recommend Dr. Lam to anyone looking for a caring, professional, and trustworthy obstetrician. This is our 2nd IVF treatment. After elsewhere, we switched to Dr Navdeep We are from east msia, and distance make us worried, if it would cause the disturbance to the procedure. however, we are grateful that he is reachable over the WhatsApp, and even after embrio transfer, I encounter bleeding. With easy accessible to the clinic ensure us of the next step to be taken, really calm us down. Under his care, we had a successful egg retrieval and conceived on our very first implantation attempt. This year, we welcomed our healthy baby girl, which was our first pregnancy over 12 years of marriage. Dr Navdeep is calm, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. We highly recommend him to anyone on their fertility journey.

Words can't fully express our gratitude to Dr. Leong. Our journey to becoming parents wasn't an easy one, and there were moments filled with doubt, tears, and uncertainty. But Dr. Leong walked alongside us through every step of our IVF journey with such compassion, patience, and genuine care. He never made us feel rushed or like just another patient, he listened to our fears, answered every question no matter how small, and gave us hope when we needed it most. I still remember how he reassured us after our first setback and his calmness and confidence gave us the strength to keep going. Today, we hold our precious little one in our arms, a miracle we once only dreamed of. This joy would not have been possible without Dr. Leong's skill, dedication, and heart.
