First time doing HSG with KMI Taman Desa. Dr Gyathri is very friendly and I didn’t felt pain during the HSG
Dr Gyathri Devi was very thorough and detailed in explaining my report. I'll come back next year for annual check up
Went in for a HSG procedure. Dr Gyathri comes across as someone very warm, calm and personable. In the midst of the procedure I had very bad cramps and Dr Gyathri along side Anis the radiographer managed to calm me down by providing good breathing techniques and with their encouragement the cramps slowly but surely went away. Would highly recommend this hospital and Dr Gyathri from the radiology department.
I recently completed a 3-day stay at Ward 221A this week at KMI Taman Desa Medical Centre for a major sinus surgery performed by Datuk Dr. Balwinder, and I cannot praise the hospital enough. Having managed previous admissions for my elderly parents in other much larger hospitals in single or double-bedder rooms, I can make a direct comparison: KMI Taman Desa Medical Centre provides a vastly superior, more consistent level of care. Unlike larger hospitals where you constantly have to chase down staff for basic needs, the nurses here checked on me proactively and regularly just to see if I was comfortable. On my last day, I was pleasantly surprised by a personal visit from the Hospital Ambassador, En Shahrul Nizam. He came to my room with a get-well card and sincerely asked for my feedback on how they could improve. This gesture showed genuine sincerity and care—something you simply do not get at larger, corporate hospitals that charge exorbitant rates but deliver inconsistent service. Thank you, Datuk Dr. Balwinder, the wonderful 2nd-floor nursing team, and En Shahrul Nizam for making a stressful surgical stay such a pleasant and comfortable experience. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone seeking personalized, top-tier medical care! Cheers, Mr Cheow
