Came for a follow-up with Dr. Ng Thong Pin; the service was excellent, the clinic is very good and satisfactory, and the lobby concierge staff, Alya, was very helpful in assisting me with my follow-up registration.
I initially came for a follow-up with Dr. Husna and Dr. Billy and was greeted by the concierge, Alya. She was very helpful, as she took a queue number for me to see the doctor and even helped push my husband to Dr. Husna’s clinic. So far, the service at Dr. Husna’s clinic is excellent, as is Dr. Billy’s clinic; everyone is very kind. Thank you, and please keep up this level of service.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the doctors and nurses who took care of my child during the admission from 19 to 22 August under Dr. Bazli. Dr. Bazli was very kind and professional, and took the time to explain my child’s condition and treatment thoroughly. We truly appreciated his patience in answering our questions and making sure we understood everything clearly. A special thank you to Dr. Tengku and the nurses working in the ED, especially the afternoon shift, for their excellent care and kindness. Special appreciation to Staff Nurse Nurisya, who was so thoughtful and kind to buy a donut for my child. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us. The staff in the Paediatric Ward were also very caring, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for your kindness, excellent service and dedication. We truly appreciate all the care and support given to my child and our family. ❤️
