I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Branding Lee, an ankle and foot specialist, for seeing me today, 14 September 2026. After dealing with a difficult ankle injury and the uncertainty surrounding my recovery, I was very grateful to finally meet a specialist who took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and explain my condition clearly. Dr. Lee was professional, patient and thorough in his assessment. He answered my many questions without making me feel rushed and gave me a much clearer understanding of my injury and the possible treatment options. What I appreciated most was his calm and reassuring approach. When you have been dealing with an injury for months, it can be very stressful and worrying. Having a specialist who takes the time to explain things properly and gives you confidence in the way forward makes a huge difference. Thank you, Dr. Lee, for your time, patience, expertise and kindness. I truly appreciate your help and guidance, and I am grateful to have found a specialist who genuinely cares about his patients. Deeply grateful to my gynaecologist, Dr Mohan and his two wonderful nurses, Dilah, and Fisza. ❤️ Their care goes far beyond medical treatment, they truly care about their patients physically, emotionally, and mentally. the patient care and the treatment towards the patient, the guardian and the visitors were exceptional! Dr Ballan, Ms Lovelynn, Ms Jesse and all nurses, clinical assistants on duty for room 639A were so attentive and respectful. Even the cleaners were very polite. I didn't wish this upon me or anyone but if it happens that we need an excellent healthcare, KPJ is definitely a top choice. We had our ACL surgery and recovery in this hospital. A big thanks to Dr. Bea Kia Chuang for his professional care and guidance. He is quite direct when speaking, but I actually appreciate that because he always gets straight to the important points. His explanations helped us understand the situation better and gave us a clearer direction on what to expect and what we should focus on throughout the recovery. We would also like to thank the physiotherapist who guide us through the exercises and recovery process. We are grateful to the nursing team for their care and regular monitoring during our stay. While the team was clearly busy, responses to some requests were occasionally delayed, and a little more explanation when certain requests could not be accommodated would have been helpful. It would also be appreciated if extra care could be taken to keep noise to a minimum when entering or leaving rooms at night, as patients may be resting after surgery. We would also like to acknowledge the cleaning staff. They came regularly every day to clean and maintain the room, which helped keep the environment comfortable and pleasant throughout the stay. Overall, we are grateful to Dr. Bea, the nursing team and the cleaning staff for taking care of us during this important period. Thank you for all the effort and assistance!
