I had a really good experience during my stay. The doctor Brandon Lee, nurses, and anesthetist were all very kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. KPJ SH never disappoints. This time, Dr. Huzairi (Orthopedic) and Dr. Ngim were very helpful and provided excellent patient care. All the nurses were kind as well. I stayed in room 607, and the food was delicious and presented beautifully.
I know Dr WOON and clinic nurse since 10 years.. always give such a good service and also good explanation.. Dr WOON always explain very fast so I have to go through Julee and yusnita.both of them explain very clear till I get their point..thank u nurses for your expert explanation
Truly thankful and appreciative of the excellent expertise provided by Doctor Ballan Kannan. When I was referred to Doctor Ballan Kannan on Oct 2025, the doctor did very thorough examinations which resulted in a diagnosis of stage 2 colorectal cancer. Doctor Ballan was very informative and provided a wealth of advise, dietary suggestions, treatment & surgery options for my condition. The doctors knowledge and professionalism calmed my fears. As expected, I was initially in shock at the diagnosis. Doctor Ballan took me through the steps of treatment needed, he ensured I received the best care and medical services and has supported me throughout the life changing diagnosis. I am truly grateful to have him as the doctor attending to my condition. Just recently, Doctor Ballan informed me I had achieved a full clinical response and the cancer was in remission. Additionally, his clinics front desk staff Ms Jancinta makes me feel so welcome, she is extremly well-versed in her job, attending to all patients with respect and dignity. She always provides support and information in detail. As patients, we often go to a hospital or clinic because of a particular doctor. My family and I will continue to visit KPJ Johor, largely because of the excellent treatment given by Doctor Ballan! Thank you Doctor 🙏
