My mother was admitted to this hospital on 27 June after we rushed her to the Emergency Department late at night. She was first attended to by Dr. Divya Kaur (ED) , who provided exceptional care and reassurance during a very stressful time. Her care was then taken over by Dr. Jayakhanthan, the cardiologist, who looked after my mother throughout her hospital stay. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely caring. We truly appreciated the attention and dedication he showed during her treatment. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr. Wan Asyraf, who took excellent care of my mother from the neurological perspective. His professionalism and thorough approach gave us great confidence and peace of mind. Overall, this is one of the best heart hospitals in Malaysia, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking cardiac care. We are truly grateful to have met such a professional, patient, and dedicated doctor, Dr Tan Kong Hean. At one point, our family felt completely helpless. My mother is a diabetic patient, and she developed a small wound on her toe that simply would not heal. We consulted several doctors, but the problem remained unresolved. One doctor continued treating her for about a month, prescribing antibiotics throughout that period, yet there was no improvement at all. As time went by, we became increasingly worried and frustrated because we could not understand why the wound was not healing. Fortunately, we were referred to Dr Tan Kong Hean. From our very first consultation, he took the time to carefully explain my mother’s condition in a way that we could understand. After conducting the necessary examinations, he identified the real cause of the problem — the wound was not simply an infection, but was related to blocked blood vessels in her leg, which prevented proper healing. Dr Tan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis, treatment options, and what we could expect moving forward. His clear explanations and compassionate approach gave our family much-needed reassurance during a very stressful time. Most importantly, thanks to his expertise and timely intervention, my mother’s foot was saved, and her wound has now healed well. This means more to our family than words can express. I came with a medical report and I was able to discuss my situation at good length with Dr Sabrina and then I got several tests done in quick succession to find out what exactly I needed to do next. The staff at the clinic 105 Pn Husna and others at the labs and counters are all extremely helpful and courteous. They even helped make all the GL requests proactively saving me the hassle and enabled me to get tests and meet the doctor without ever waiting for the GLs. Very smooth and well run hospital for sure.
