Dr. Nor Faizal is truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. He not only understands the physical pain, but also takes the time to understand the emotional side of what a patient is going through. The assistant, Miss Ivy was also very helpful, friendly, and attentive.

Admitted to Ward Carnation, Room 818, under Dr Shukor. Alhamdulillah, all good so far 🤍 Dr Shukor sangat baik and explained everything really well. All the nurses so far pun sangat baik, prihatin and attentive. 🥹🤍
Admitted to Carnation Ward 832, bed no. 2 under Dr. Tengku E from the 7th to the 10th. Everything was fine. The nurses' service was excellent, and Dr. Tengku is very soft-spoken. KPJ Tawakkal is the best.
