Completed 3 months of physiotherapy treatment post PLDD L3/L4/L5. Thank you so much Dr. Paul. The weekly physiotherapy sessions with the therapist (never knew her name 😅) were very helpful post-PLDD. She knew exactly what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done in terms of stretching. To all the slipped disc fighters out there, please come here if you are able, it's really worth it! I hope I don't have to see this hospital/therapist again despite all the good treatment I received. Only God knows the pain of a slipped disc, huhu...
