⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Mohd Zaim Bin Mohd Rashid, an Orthopedic & Trauma and Spine Surgery Specialist and his clinic team at Gleneagles Hospital Johor. I was genuinely impressed by how attentive, patient and responsible Dr. Zaim was during my consultation. He took the time to go through every detail of my spine injury with me and explained everything clearly, including the next steps and the process involved. Even when I had questions regarding my medical documentation, he patiently explained how everything would be handled, which gave me a lot of reassurance. I would also like to thank the two clinic staff members who assisted me. They provided timely reminders and updates beforehand and were always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. They were very kind and never made me feel like I was troubling them. The clinic was clearly very busy with many patients, but everything was still handled in a very organised and professional manner. Despite the workload, Dr. Zaim still took the time to make sure I was properly attended to and that I understood my condition and treatment plan. I truly appreciated that. With my hospital admission coming up next week, I feel very reassured knowing that I can entrust my spine injury to such a dedicated and responsible doctor.
