I underwent radiofrequency ablation (RFA) twice for Stage 3/4 osteoarthritis with Dr. Hafizi, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. Dr. Hafizi was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the procedure clearly. A special thank you to Nurse Mastura and Nurse Fatiha, who were kind, caring, and very helpful throughout both treatments.
KJMC hospital is my favorite, especially Dr. Hafizi and his staff. Fatiha and Mastura, the staff, are very friendly with all patients, and the service is very satisfactory. I have been to this hospital many times. The admission process to the ward is also quick and efficient without long waits.
