I am truly grateful to Dr. Sarbhjit Singh A/L Lakha Singh and his team at Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh for the excellent care my mother received throughout her knee replacement journey. After living with severe knee pain for a long time, my mother was understandably anxious about surgery. During our first consultation, Dr. Sarbhjit patiently explained her condition, the treatment options, the surgical procedure, and the recovery process. He answered all of our questions clearly and honestly, which gave us the confidence to proceed. We also appreciated that Dr. Sarbhjit was transparent about both the benefits and the potential risks of surgery. He never made unrealistic promises and ensured we understood everything before making our decision. His professionalism, honesty, and compassionate approach made a difficult experience much easier for our family. The entire process, from consultation and pre-operative assessments to surgery, was well organized and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout, and Dr. Sarbhjit was always approachable whenever we had concerns. The nursing staff were kind, attentive, and caring during my mother's stay. The hospital was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the spacious parking made visits much more convenient for our family. The surgery was successful, and my mother is now recovering well. We are sincerely thankful to Dr. Sarbhjit and everyone at Sunway Medical Centre Ipoh for their dedication and outstanding care. I went for the heart screening package. Consulted Dr Leong, explanations were clear most importantly he was very compassionate when I explained my concerns about health concerns.. Thank you Dr Leong Wei San for the exceptional care... Special thanks to receptionist Leong for being very warm, soft spoken and she has been incredibly helpful throughout the process.. There were no miscommunication.. it was super smooth.. Highly recommended..
