I would also like to give a special mention and heartfelt thanks to the Emergency Department team of doctors and nurses that night. I came to the Emergency Department because my nose was bleeding continuously and would not stop. The emergency team acted quickly and professionally to control the bleeding and made sure I was safe and comfortable. After that, my case was taken over by Dr. Lau and Dr. Khor. Both doctors took the time to explain my condition clearly and patiently, and made sure that my family and I understood the treatment and the next steps. Their professionalism, patience and genuine concern gave us so much comfort and reassurance during what was a very difficult and worrying time. What touched us most was the way they treated us with kindness, compassion and understanding, rather than making us feel like just another patient. Their dedication and sincere care truly made a difference to me and my family. Thank you, Dr. Lau and Dr. Khor, for taking such good care of me and for going above and beyond.
