Great experiences from start to finish. My mother has a successful glaucoma surgery with Dr. Tan Chai Keong. He is a wonderful doctor, he listened to all worries and explained carefully for my mother treatment plan in a way that was very easy to understand. Dr. Lim Kian Seng is very gentle and thorough during every examination. He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes patients feel comfortable throughout the consultation. His assistant is also very friendly, helpful, and professional. Overall, an excellent experience and highly recommended.
I had a corneal transplant and cateract surgery done by Dr Then Kong Yong recently. Dr Then KY is an experienced corneal specialist, he explained my eye conditions and politely answered all my questions about the treatment. Overall I felt Dr Then KY was professional, kind and approachable, and I appreciate the clarity I did get. The downside is the consultations felt rushed because of the queue. Maybe offering slightly longer appointments or a nurse for basic questions would help. Thank you to the team for managing so many patients.
