I had a very positive experience at Picaso Hospital and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the Dato Dr Yip, the laboratory team, and the entire staff. Dato Prof Yip kindly waived my consultation fee, which was a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. From registration to consultation, everyone was professional, patient, and genuinely caring, making what could have been a stressful visit much more comfortable. I was also impressed by the efficiency of the laboratory. The tests were carried out promptly, and the results were ready much sooner than I expected, without the long and anxious wait that many patients often experience. While waiting my turn, I happened to overhear a conversation between a mother and daughter discussing how the hospital had allowed a surgery to proceed with only a deposit while their insurance claim was being processed. Although it wasn't related to me, hearing that reinforced my impression that Picaso Hospital genuinely cares about helping patients during difficult times. Small acts of kindness, efficiency, and compassion make a big difference, and that's exactly what I experienced here. Thank you to the doctor, the laboratory team, and everyone at Picaso Hospital for your professionalism and excellent care. I was referred to Picaso Hospital for Radiotherapy under the care of Dr. Mastura. Initially, I was very anxious; having seen friends and family struggle with similar treatments, I didn’t know what to expect. However, I chose to maintain a positive mindset and face the challenge head-on. Dr. Mastura made the entire process much easier. Her calm, comforting demeanor and her assurance that recovery happens in stages helped me focus on healing rather than rushing the process. Her administrative staff, Amy and Suzanna, were excellent in ensuring I never missed an appointment. My first 25 sessions were handled with great precision by the radiotherapy team (Nik, Dini, and Ashikin), and Nurse Yusra’s joyful attitude kept me motivated every day. Learning food restrictions during treatment is easy. Yes, there were some cute moments with the team. I am now undergoing Brachytherapy treatment. Dr. Mastura and her team (Ju, Nissya, Puteri, and radiotherapy team) have handled these sessions with such care that the procedure has been completely painless. Remarkably, I have experienced no side effects—no nausea, digestive issues, or insomnia—only a bit of sleepiness. After a short rest, I feel back to normal. I feel incredibly fortunate to be under the care of such a professional and talented team. Their expertise has given me the confidence and trust I needed to heal. They truly deserve to be recognized for their exceptional work. Thank you!

I was admitted for emergency. Admission was hassle free. Smooth. Under Dr Cha Kar Huei. Dr Cha is a very experienced and skillful general and bariatric surgeon. OT was booked as first case in morning, and I was able to get my scope and proceed done as first case. Got my problem solved and I stayed for 3 nights for intravenous antibiotics and analgesics (pain management) Specialist and surgeon 10/10 Tech and facilities 10/10 Room and comfort 10/10 Medication and products used all original (not generics) 10/10 Nurses and supporting staffs 10/10 Highly recommended. I am a doctor myself. When a doctor has a trust in a hospital and the surgeon, u can be sure how good the surgeon is.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Yip despite her tight and busy schedule, she managed to still see me today, 22/5/26 to give her professional medical advice after examining me. She's such a humble and a kind good doctor with good humanity. God bless her always. All the staff in Breast imaging Miss Kalpana, Miss Jessica was very helpful and friendly. Miss Athirah the radiographer was so good and the mammogram was done and it was not painful. Dr. Farhana was friendly and helpful as well. Good job guys in level 2. Miss Meesha & Miss Kumutha was also very kind. Good job.
