I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr Ng Ch, Consultant Breast Surgeon for his exceptional care and dedication. He was very kind and accommodating in arranging a last-minute clinic review and subsequently slotting in the operation for the patient. His willingness to go the extra mile was deeply appreciated by our family. Patient underwent WLE+SLNB with dr Ng and surgery went smoothly and efficiently. She has great confidence in Dr Ng’s skills and surgical expertise, and her recovery is fast. This was also her second time of operation at Picaso, and once again, we were happy to have Dr Hasbe as the anaesthesiologist. She was caring and thorough in explaining the anaesthetic process, which gave the patient and family great reassurance and confidence. Our sincere thanks to Siti, the clinic assistant, for her prompt responses, helpfulness and assistance throughout the arrangements. We would also like to thank to all nursing staffs at Ward 3A for their professionalism, kindness and attentive care during the hospital stay. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent care and for making what could have been a stressful experience much more comfortable for the patient and our family.

Had a really great experience consulting with Dr. Ng Char Hong. When my friend was diagnosed with breast cancer, we had many doubts and concerns. Dr. Ng took the time to explain everything in detail in a way that was easy for us to understand. He was also very patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. During such a difficult and overwhelming time, having a doctor who is willing to listen and explain things clearly really makes a huge difference.
