I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Dr Maheswaran for the excellent care and attention given to my mother, Mrs. Inderani, during her 3-day admission at Jasmine Ward. Dr Maheswaran was very attentive, compassionate, and professional throughout her stay. He explained my mother’s condition, treatment, and progress clearly, patiently answered our questions, and gave our family reassurance and confidence during a stressful time. We are truly grateful for his dedication and kind approach towards my mother’s care. I would also like to sincerely thank Clinic Nurse Durga, the X-Ray Department staff, and all the Jasmine Ward staff for their wonderful care and support. Everyone was kind, helpful, patient, and attentive to my mother’s needs. During her CT scan, the staff explained the procedure clearly and made sure she was comfortable.
