I am a patient from Indonesia. I am very satisfied with the services at Island Hospital. Dr. Vanessa provided great explanations and can speak multiple languages with us, she is very professional. Also, the nurse whose name is on this photo was very friendly and very helpful with her explanations to me. Thumbs up to Dr. Vanessa and the nurse.
I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Khor Yek Huan’s clinic at Island Hospital, Penang. The doctor was very nice, professional, and reassuring. The staff were also wonderful, especially Samantha and Farah Danaya. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Their kindness and attentive service really made a difference and made the whole experience much more enjoyable.
