Dr. Syarifah Nafisah (ENT specialist) was patient, caring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease. All the nurses and also staff at corporate counter at the ENT clinic were also kind, friendly, and very attentive throughout the journey. The hospital itself has a comfortable and welcoming ambience, and the service was excellent. We truly felt well taken care of every step of the way.
