I had an excellent experience with Dr.Wong. Very professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Satisfying service and good experience with Dr Wong and IHeal Medical Center!
Why I give 5 stars? Worried when seeing so many bad review but still proceed to see Dr. Wong (cardiologist) based on his profile. I would say is excellent service from the centre from the start as someone politely open the door for my elderly father and Dr. Wong nurse which is Malay but can communicate in Mandarin and this help in communicate with my dad. Encountered bad experience with a very reputable Hospital with provide wrong diagnosis on criticalness of the illness and admitted as emergency for further checking or do angiogram for confirmation. Dr. Wong very good doctor and explain in detail what need to be carried out as earlier hospital report show inconsistency if really got heart attack. The test result show nothing wrong but we still proceed with CT Scan and aware of the cost briefed to us to have peace of mind to make sure everything is fine. Furthermore as a specialist, he provide his personal mobile number for us to contact him
First time bringing my son here to check on his pectus carinatum. Meet Doctor Khoo, the consultation is clear and we do a CT scan to double confirm the bump in front of chest caused by the abnormal grow of chest bone. The whole process took two hours. Due to it there are very mild symptoms and nothing need to do about it. IHeal medical centre location located inside Mid Valley City is convenient and the equipment here is great. Further more I am very happy with the customer service who answer most of my questions through WhatsApp.
One of the best medical centre, we came here regularly for heart check up, the screening is perfect and also the doctor consultation is good, especially with Dr.Wong, Very convenient place while waiting for the results we can go around midvalley mega mall and do some window shopping as well.
