Dr. Rusdi is very professional, experienced, and explained my eye condition and treatment options clearly and in an easily understandable manner. His calm and caring demeanor made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the treatment process. Nurse Zura, on the other hand, is very friendly, patient, and always helpful with great attention. She ensured I felt comfortable and provided polite and efficient service from beginning to end.
