IJN was established on 1st August 1992 as a heart specialist institution committed to delivering advanced standards in cardiovascular and thoracic medicine for adult and paediatric heart patients. Previously the institute had been part of the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital. Since the foundation of the institute, IJN has treated over 5 million patients and gained recognition as one of the leading Cardiovascular and Thoracic Centre in the region.

Went to IJN for my dad Bentall + bypass operation this July. I would like to say thank you so much to Dr Panner Selvam and team. Dr Panner and team doing really good job. Also the staff at International patients lounge also very helpful and so caring with me and my family. Thank you for everything IJN such warm welcome for me and my family 💖

She is a very kind-hearted and compassionate cardiologist who took the time to explain my girlfriend diagnosis clearly and thoroughly. Her explanations were easy to understand, which helped my girlfriend feel reassured and confident about her treatment plan. Dr. Emily Tan also provided valuable advice and patiently answered all my girlfriend questions. Her caring attitude, expertise, and dedication to her patients are truly commendable. I went to IJN yesterday for my follow up treatment and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were friendly, professional, and so caring. I’d like to especially thanks Dr. Rhuban for his professionalism treating the patient. He is Very attentive , good listener,empathetic, Consultation n explaination given was so comprehensive n well understood. The staff Nurse was kind, friendly n humble. Appreciation also to those registration staff n ujian darah.Truly made me feel at ease. 2)Your customer service the two young ladies Anis n Diana look good as front liners as they communicate well,knowledgeable ,good manners n humble.
