My mum recently underwent spine surgery under the care of Dr. Hafiz, and we couldn't be more grateful for the exceptional care she received throughout her stay. A huge thank you to Dr. Hafiz for his professionalism, expertise, and reassuring approach. We would also like to thank Dr. Suba, the anaesthesiologist, for taking such good care of my mum. The nurses in Lily Ward were truly amazing. They were always kind, respectful, polite, and attentive, making sure my mum was comfortable and well looked after at all times. Their compassion and dedication made a difficult time much easier for our family. We also greatly appreciated the MOs who consistently conducted their morning and evening rounds every day without fail. They regularly checked on patients and ensured everything was in order while waiting for the consultant's rounds. Their commitment and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. From admission until discharge, the care, teamwork, and professionalism shown by everyone exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making my mum's surgery and recovery such a positive experience. We truly appreciate all your hard work and dedication.
