I had both of my deliveries here, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful care and experience throughout both pregnancies and deliveries. A special thank you to Dr Somas for being so professional, attentive, patient, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Having the same doctor for both of my deliveries gave me a great sense of comfort and trust, and I always felt that I was in good hands. I would also like to compliment the clinic staff, who were consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were always patient in answering my questions and made every visit a pleasant experience. Thank you to doctor and the entire team for taking such good care of me and my babies. I had a wonderful experience at this hospital during the delivery of my second baby I had a normal delivery, and I’m truly grateful to Dr. Somaskandar for taking such good care of me and safely delivering my baby. I have been under the care of Dr. Gan Kam Ling since the delivery of my first child, and after four childbirth experiences with her, I can honestly say that I could not have asked for a better specialist. All four of my deliveries went smoothly and comfortably under her care, and throughout the years, she has always made me feel confident and reassured. What I appreciate most about Dr. Gan is her professionalism, extensive experience, and very straightforward approach. She does not make things complicated or unnecessarily worrying. She explains the situation clearly, gets straight to the point, and is always firm and decisive when it comes to making the right medical decisions. At the same time, her decisions are thoughtful, practical, and based on her experience as a specialist. I truly value this quality because when you are facing a medical issue, having a doctor who can give clear and wise guidance makes a huge difference. My most recent experience with Dr. Gan was undergoing microwave ablation for my fibroid. I was naturally a little concerned before the procedure, but having been with her for so many years, I trusted her judgement completely. The procedure went well, and I am very happy with the outcome. Her experience and confidence gave me a great sense of reassurance throughout the whole process. After so many years and four deliveries, I can confidently say that Dr. Gan is a specialist whom I trust wholeheartedly. Her knowledge, experience, professionalism, straightforward communication, and ability to make firm and wise decisions are qualities that I truly appreciate. I am very grateful to have had her as my doctor through some of the most important medical moments of my life, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, experienced, and trustworthy specialist. I would also like to give a special mention to Nurse Elisspreya, who is such a kind, cheerful, and helpful person. Every time I see her, she greets me with her lovely smile and friendly, chatty personality, which always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed. I also appreciate how she communicates and discusses with Dr. Gan to ensure the best possible care for her patients. She is truly a great support and a wonderful second hand to Dr. Gan. She always does her best to accommodate and assist me, and I am very grateful for her kindness, patience, and dedication. I had a wonderful experience at Gleneagles Hospital Penang. My latest hospitalizations is during 3/9 to 5/9 in ward 1113. The hospitality was excellent, with professional, caring and attentive staff and nurses throughout my admission. The food quality was impressive, and the hospital was clean and well-maintained. They give admission patient a toiletry bad with towel, soap and toothbrush toothpaste, this surprised me. The overall system and service were very efficient and well-organised. Truly a top-quality hospital with outstanding service!

We consulted Dr. Gan Kam Ling and she gave us a warm welcome. She requested the intervention of her Sonographer and she was WONDERFUL ! The sonographer was PERFECT AND WE RECOMMEND THIS PERSON TO EVERYONE. We are from France and honestly we are impressed by the level of them ! The only negative point was the long waiting time
