We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Teo Tu Huah, Dr. Teo Kai Ming, the dedicated nursing team, billing staff, customer service, and security personnel at KMI Tawau for their exceptional care and professionalism. Our first child, Jonathan Yong Jian Hong, was born on 20 July 2025 with G6PD deficiency and was treated for jaundice shortly after birth. As first-time parents, we were very worried, but the doctors and nurses were incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the process. They explained everything clearly and provided attentive, gentle care for our baby. The customer service team responded quickly and efficiently, the billing staff handled everything smoothly, and even the security personnel were polite and helpful. Thanks to the compassionate and professional team at KMI Tawau, our baby received excellent treatment and recovered well. We are deeply grateful for your warmth, dedication, and outstanding service — highly recommended to all new parents! 🌸
