Everyone in this hospital was very kind, helpful, and friendly - both the staff and the doctors. I met Dr. Shamim Rahman (ENT specialist), and he was very patient, kind, and approachable. During the consultation, he listened carefully to everything I tried to explain, even though I sometimes struggled to describe my condition clearly. He kept smiling and made me feel comfortable. After the examination, he explained clearly what I should do next without making me feel scared or overthink about my condition, even though I still need to come for follow-up appointments. Everyone working in this hospital was truly kind and welcoming. They spoke slowly and clearly so I could understand better because I’m not a local person here. Wishing everyone working here good health always. Thank you very much ☺️
I very satisfied and happy with Hospital Pusrawi at Titiwangsa for the service and also with the Doctor Salehuddin. He is the best doctor for my spinal slip disc operation.😍At first i refused to do operation but after consult with Doctor Salehuddin and he explain to me about my MRI results wow, i so shock and i just proceed for the operation. He very responbility and truly care all his patient. The hospitality is very very awesome and the staff nurse is very soft and very respectful. Highly recomended 👌❤️
Amazing experience giving birth at Hospital Pusrawi KL as a first time mom. Decided to gave birth here last minute and everything went well. Led by specialist Dr Asmah and Dr Nordin, with amazing labour room team with SN Hawa, to the Ward An-Nur team, me, my husband and my baby were treated so well. Daily meals were excellent and delicious with good presentation.
