I am truly satisfied with the care given by DR Ting. She is extremely knowledgeable and explained my condition very clearly. It is very rare to find a doctor like her. Her hospitality is excellent and she speaks very pleasantly, which makes patients feel comfortable.She nvr hesitate to explain anything… DR Lim was also good. It was also my first time having my sinuses checked with the equipment, and I was quite nervous at first. I had a very pleasant experience during my visit to Columbia Hospital Batu Kawan. The counter service staff, Ms. Nur Shafinaz, was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and easy. She was efficient, friendly, and greatly assisted in simplifying all the procedures. I would also like to thank Dr. Gaya and Dr. Tan for their excellent care and kind service. Both doctors were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. Overall, it was a great experience with supportive staff and quality medical service. Recently my 10month old was down with RSV.. I walked in the ED for review and Dr Lavinya was oncall. She attended him promptly and reviewed him gently.. being an overly anxious parent, her kind, patient, and warm nature and her willingness to take the time to listen to concerns and explain everything clearly, made us feel comfortable and reassured.
