As a new mother, I truly have to give Dr. Charles 5 stars. New moms are bound to get anxious whenever their baby feels unwell. I am so fortunate to have met Dr. Charles; he is truly a very patient, thorough, and highly responsible doctor. He never rushes a consultation, and he always patiently answers any questions I have. This is truly important. My baby now sees him for every vaccination. My baby is neither afraid nor cries when seeing him; she always smiles when she sees him and doesn't even cry during injections.
