The best paediatrician, Dr. Frenky, and all the nurses and staff at Level 7 Sapphire Ward were excellent. So far, my experience at KPJ Hospital has been very good. The food was good, the service was fast, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.
KPJ provides the best service. The customer service representative, Mahira, was always calling and checking in. Dr. Frienky is very child-friendly and genuinely cares about the children's recovery. All the ward nurses are kind and very helpful.
