Today was Aya’s last checkup with Dr Heng 🥹 Her doctor since she was born. Every time we came for a checkup, Dr Heng would non-stop saying ‘comelnya dia… comel’ sampai habis appointment. After this Aya will meet a new doctor. Hopefully the new doctor will be just as friendly as Dr Heng. Thank you so much Dr Heng for taking such good care of my daughter. All the best at your new place 🥰

one of my favourite hospital..very comfortable...staffs and doctors are very professional, especially doctor zanariah the is the best doctors I've ever seen...such a sweet down to earth person...nampak garang but trust me the is the kindest doctor...abit pricey but very worth paying...highly recommended hospital to go❤️
I just delivered my baby on 10/7/23 via vacuum. I took the serenity package single room Rm4900 (thank God I managed to grab the old price). While in the labor room, I took oxygen because I couldn't bear the pain of stitches anymore. After giving birth, Dr. Khor checked the baby and said that the baby's breathing was fast and not normal like other babies. So the baby had to stay 2 nights in the hospital while the mom only stayed 2 days and 1 night. So at discharge, for the mommy, I only added Rm120 including swab test husband and wife. Total for the mommy Rm4900 + Rm120 = RM5020. Meanwhile, for the baby, I had to add in RM1700. So in total, the total is RM6000++. But I'm satisfied because I know every single sense what the payment is for. 2. In terms of food, I only rate 3/5. Because it's so-so. But I also finished eating because I had to pay. 3. Got goodies like towels, toiletries set 4. When I was in the labor room, I felt a little annoyed because at that time I felt very disturbed by the voices of the staff who were chatting loudly at the counter outside while at that time I was suffering from contraction pain. So I needed a quiet atmosphere. I rate 2/5 5. The nurse staff and Dr. Jem were very very supportive while I was in the labor room. They taught me how to push correctly and provided the right support for the mommy to push and give birth to the baby. I rate 10/5

My husband and I were looking for a female staffs only hospital and we came across OHANA Specialist Hospital. I had my first delivery there with Dr. Zanaria a very lovely doctor and the service was top notch, then I fell in love with the hospital 😍 during my second delivery we planned to deliver there but there was MCO and we lived a bit far from there so we couldn't make it. My third delivery same I have already started my visits with Dr. Zanaria and was so happy I was going to deliver there, but as Allah willed I got a call from the hospital saying there were facing some issues and I can't deliver there. I was sad but what to do as we plan and Allah plan and HE is the best of planners. I will choose OHANA Specialist Hospital any time anywhere.
We’re so glad we chose Ohana for the birth of our third baby - and are so grateful to all our friends who recommended this place. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease which meant a lot during a time of high emotions and anxiety. The ladies-only environment was something we really appreciated, and the staff were incredibly respectful, professional, and accommodating. Our first 2 deliveries were in Dubai so our expectations and standards were quite high but I can honestly say that Ohana definitely surpassed our expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the food was surprisingly good, and the overall cost was very reasonable. (And for anyone who needs it, there are also great restaurant options just downstairs!) Additionally, we had heard stories of hospitals in Malaysia pushing for unnecessary procedures and C-sections, etc and were worried we would have to experience something like that. Fortunately, we never felt Ohana trying to take advantage of us and found them to be sincere and honest in their advise . A special thank you to Dr. Jamailiah and all the wonderful nurses and staff who made our stay so smooth and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to support us on this journey.
