⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ward Flora & Dr Amirozi (ENT) Overall, I’m really satisfied with my experience at KPJ. The service was great and everyone was so helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Ward Nurse Flora for taking such good care of me throughout my stay ❤️ And a big thank you to Dr. Amirozi for taking care of my surgery. His explanation was always clear, he was very supportive and attentive, and his fatherly and caring approach really made me feel safe and reassured throughout the whole process. Thank you KPJ team for taking such good care of me! 🥰
10/10 would recommend giving birth here. The service from the doctor, nurses, and staff was all excellent, Alhamdulillah. I delivered with Dr. Muna, and my baby had to be admitted to the NICU for 9 days; the nursery nurses were all very well-trained and experienced—they were truly the best. Dr. Zaidi also kept us informed every day about our baby's progress. Grateful.
Physiotherapist Iffah was great at performing physiotherapy (chest percussion, mucus suction), and was gentle with my 1-month-old newborn. He even fell asleep during the percussion. I saw videos on TikTok that made it look painful, but it actually wasn't. General Surgeon Dr. Cri Saiful did a good job releasing my baby's tongue tie. The baby can now latch well and is no longer fussy. Thank you Dr. Rustam for noticing his tongue tie in the first place. Thank you KPJ Penang, 5-star service 😍😍
