Dear Staff & Doctors of KPJ Penang Especially the Nurses of Lavender Ward & Dr. Mohanaraj Jayakumar, Cardiologist I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the professionalism, kindness, hospitality, and excellent care that all of you provided during my angiogram procedure and hospital stay from 24 July 2026 to 25 July 2026. I was truly impressed by the state-of-the-art CT scan and angiography facilities available at KPJ Penang. Having access to such advanced medical technology gave me great confidence and reassurance throughout the procedure and treatment. I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all the nurses, especially those in the Lavender Ward. They were always polite, caring, compassionate, and soft-spoken, making my stay as comfortable as possible. My cardiologist, Dr. Mohanaraj Jayakumar, was highly professional and took the time to explain every step of the procedure clearly, which greatly eased my concerns. Thank you once again to the entire team at KPJ Penang for your dedication and outstanding service. Flora ward .very good service,dr joehaimy is very professional,empathy and patience,do a great operation for my mother as she suffer many years for back pain,no other doctor dare to do operation for her but he confident to do it,very appreciate it.staff nurse and all staff also very friendly,well done to sn tan for her good service.customer service very good as they recommend dr joe to me.
