I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Dr. Sarah , Hospital Pakar Islam Az-Zahrah for the wonderful experience we had during our recent appointment. As a mother, bringing my child for a specialist assessment was an emotional experience for me. I came with many questions, worries and uncertainties, but Dr. Sarah made the entire process feel so much lighter. Apa yg paling menyentuh hati saya apabila cara Dr Sarah melayan anak-anak saya. She was incredibly gentle, patient and warm with him. She has such a wonderful aura when dealing with children, especially children who may need a little extra understanding and patience. Within less than five minutes, my son was already comfortable with her and naturally attached to her. Seeing him smile, interact and happily stay close to Dr. Sarah honestly melted my heart. I could genuinely feel that she was not rushing through the appointment. She took the time to listen, observe, explain things to us and, most importantly, understand my child as an individual. I truly appreciate the kindness, patience, professionalism and genuine effort she gave to my son throughout those two hours. Thank you, Dr. Sarah, for treating my son with so much warmth and love. Thank you for giving him a space where he could simply be himself, and for giving me reassurance as his mother. We left the consultation with more than just answers. We left with a little more hope, a little more understanding. I hope Dr. Sarah knows the two hours that she spent with us meant so much more than she probably realised. 🥹 May Allah reward you abundantly for your kindness, patience and dedication in helping children and their families.
