I had a great experience with Dr. Hoe Pead and his team. Dr. Hoe Pead was professional, patient, and took time to explain everything clearly. His assistants, Nurin and Kak Jue, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of from start to finish. Doctor hoe, Kak Juliana and nurin. I would like to sincerely thank our baby doctor and the two nurses who took such good care of my baby. The doctor was very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly, which made us feel calm and confident. A special thanks also to the two nurses for being so caring, patient, and gentle with my baby. Their support and kindness really meant a lot to us during this important time. Overall, we had a very good experience and we truly appreciate the care given to our baby. Highly recommended.

My mother recently underwent a kidney stent replacement procedure at KPJ Shah Alam under the care of Dato' Dr. Khairul Asri, and we had an excellent experience throughout. From admission to discharge, everything was smooth, well-organized, and efficient. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Dato' Dr. Khairul Asri for his professionalism and reassuring care. A big thank you as well to all the nurses, PPK staff, and everyone involved for being so kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my mother's stay. My mother stayed at The Suite on Level 5, and the service there was exceptional. The staff made us feel comfortable and well taken care of, and we truly appreciated their dedication and compassion.
