      My mother had a bone problem in her leg after a fall and sustained a fractured femur. She underwent surgery by Dr. Ong Lik Han. Dr. Ong was friendly. The OT (Operating Theatre) staff were also friendly. Her condition is now improving. This was her first stay at Timberland Medical Centre. The surgery was successful and went smoothly. Nurse B2 was friendly. Everything was okay. The Service Excellence team, specifically Ms. Zulaikha and Ritana, frequently visited us in the ward to inquire about my mother's condition. 😃 The service was extremely satisfactory. We are grateful to the nurses, doctors, and everyone who provided excellent care. Cleanliness was also well-maintained.

      The service from Dr. LAI and Dr. Sim was very satisfactory, as were the friendly nurses. The hospital is clean, and all staff were very friendly and helpful in their service.
