Have a very wonderful admission. Kudos to the nurses and doctor. My treating doctor, Doctor Bob, Anesthetic doctor, Dr Harisal, nurses Thilaga,Priya, Tariseny, Thurga, Ayuni and Deva really taking care of me during my admission. Keep it up.
Brought my mum to see Dr. Saidah, and we had a really good experience from the first consultation to the procedure. Dr. Saidah explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure we understood my mum's condition, the investigations needed, and the treatment plan. We never felt rushed, and she answered all our questions, which really make us have so much confidence with her treatment. My mum also felt very comfortable with her because she was kind, gentle, and approachable. Honestly, my mum was quite surprised when she first met with Dr Saidah. She never expect to see the experienced colorectal surgeon would be such a pretty lady! 😄 It just goes to show you can't judge by appearances. Dr. Saidah is very knowledgeable and professional! A big thank you as well to Dr. Saidah's clinic nurses (sorry didn’t get to know your name) and the Endoscopy Department. For anyone staying on the mainland, if you're looking for a colorectal surgeon, you don't necessarily have to travel to Penang Island. It's reassuring to have such an experienced colorectal surgeon available in Penang mainland. Thank you again, Dr. Saidah treating my mum. We are truly grateful and highly recommend your service.
