I will always remember this beautiful experience with gratitude. The nurses were also incredibly caring, kind and attentive.

A special thank you to Dr. Vaishnavi for her professionalism and clear explanations throughout our stay. She took the time to answer our questions and made us feel reassured during a stressful period. We are also very grateful to Sr. Aril and the paediatric ward nurses, as well as the physiotherapists.Every member of the team treated our child with genuine ca re and compassion, and their gentle approach made a big difference to our family's experience. We would also like to thank the ward staff—Azean, Parameswari, Iffah, Hafizah, Abidah, Hanin, Maisarah, Anusha, Amelia, Mazlin, and Nurul—for always being friendly, approachable, and willing to help whenever needed. A very satisfying experience at MAHSA Specialist Hospital. The services provided were indeed the best, especially from Dr. Vaisahnavi and the duty staff, Azean, Parameswari, Iffah, Hafizah, Hanin, Maisarah, Anusha, Amelia, Abidah, Nurul, and Mazlin, who sincerely treated and cared for my child. They were very friendly, compassionate, prompt, and professional in handling children's behavior. The hospital environment was also very clean, modern, and comfortable for patients. The explanation regarding my child's treatment was also very clear. Highly recommended☺️. Thank you to everyone 😊 However, there is a small suggestion for improvement for the hospital management regarding food delivery arrangements (GrabFood/Foodpanda). Currently, riders need to deliver food to the back of the lobby, which is quite inconvenient for patients/guardians. The hospital should provide a small table at the front lobby specifically for riders to place food. This would make it much easier for us to pick up and take it directly to the room. I hope the hospital can consider this suggestion for mutual convenience. Overall, the medical service is excellent!

Very satisfied with the service at this hospital. From the registration counter to the doctor's room, all staff were very friendly and helpful. The nurses in the ward were very caring and always smiling even when busy. The doctor also patiently and professionally answered all my questions. A very calming experience.
