I had a wonderful experience during my visit to MAHSA. Dr. Vaishnavi was super friendly, warm and approachable. My sons is super shy, but he felt comfortable enough to interact with her, which is wonderful. The nurses were equally amazing. kind, caring and welcoming. A very special thank you to Nurse Mazlin, who truly went above and beyond. I had a painful body sore that I was worried might be infected after my children had Influenza A. Out of her own kindness, she helped me getting meds.also another nurse i dont get her name though.she willingly went down to get my food downstairs 🥹❤️ This gesture genuinely touched my heart. It was more than just providing care.it showed how much they truly cared about their patient. As a parent, Im struggling to give meds to my kid. Anyone with a toddler who refuses medication will understand how challenging this can be! Having such patient, understanding and compassionate healthcare professionals around made a real difference. A big salute to Dr. Vaishnavi and the entire team for their dedication and excellent care. Healthcare is not just about treating patients; it is about compassion, kindness and going the extra mile. Nurse Mazlin and rest of the nurses, your kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you for making us feel cared for. MAHSA is truly fortunate to have such wonderful staff! ❤️🙏

I received treatment at MAHSA Specialist Hospital from 02 - 04/10/2026 in Room No: A-2-03A (Single Deluxe) and received full medical care from Dr. Eddie Wong Fook Sem. I was given very good and excellent attention and service from the moment I checked in as an outpatient, then when I met with the staff handling my Guarantee Letter (GL) procedures, and when I was escorted to see Dr. Eddie Wong, who is very experienced and quite professional in managing patients' health issues, all the way until I was admitted to the ward. During my 3 days and 2 nights stay, despite being ill, I felt very comfortable due to the exceptionally good care and highly professional service. Furthermore, the nurses on duty were not just ordinary nurses; on average, they possessed extensive work experience in Saudi Arabia as well as in local government hospitals. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with receiving my treatment here because: - I received the best treatment from Dr. Eddie Wong and the entire team of doctors, nurses, medical assistants (MA), and staff who managed my welfare throughout my stay in Ward A-2-03A. - The food was delicious and appropriate for a patient's diet. - The facilities are new and complete. - The condition of the rooms and hospital areas is clean and luxurious. - Ample parking space. - There are nearby food stalls, a café, and other amenities. - Safe and secure. - Conveniently close to major highway networks as it is located near an interchange (Bandar Saujana Putra exit) for the NKVE and SKVE. Very recommended to come here!

Made an appointment with Dr Siti Aishah, Consultant Ophthalmologist, a week ago. Received an immediate confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the appointment. I landed yesterday and saw her first thing this morning. Despite arriving early for my 10am appointment, everything was seamless, from registration and vital signs to the optometrist’s examination, consultation, and payment. Dr Siti Aishah is highly experienced, gentle, calm, and reassuring. I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you to her and the entire team ☺️
