Throughout this period, the Doctor consistently provided highly professional, compassionate, patient, and meticulous care in every examination and treatment. The explanations given were always clear and reassuring, making me feel calm and confident throughout my pregnancy journey and delivery process. My heartfelt thanks also go to Clinic Assistants Ms. Rosezina and Ms. Yolinda, who were always friendly, attentive, and very helpful every time I visited the clinic. Their service was consistently warm and made every visit feel comfortable. My highest appreciation also extends to the nurses in Mamutik Ward, who were always attentive, spoke gently, were efficient, and provided excellent care throughout my stay in the ward. As soon as I found out I was pregnant with my first child, I made an appointment with Dr. Norafidah and stayed with her until I gave birth. For my second pregnancy, I was also under Dr. Norafidah's care until delivery. I am very satisfied with the service provided. The service from Clinic Assistants Rosezina & Yolinda was also very satisfactory and friendly. For my children, Dr. Liaw Yun Haw takes care of them. From birth and all health records to vaccinations, everything is managed systematically. To Dr. Norafidah, Dr. Liaw, and all the staff at KPJ Sabah, thank you for your excellent service.
