KPJ Pahang Specialist Hospital (KPJ Pahang) is the second addition to KPJ Healthcare’s East Coast region hospitals. Nestled in the new commercial hub of Tanjung Lumpur, roughly 1.5 kilometers from Kuantan town centre, KPJ Pahang serves with dedication for the residents in Kuantan and its neighbouring states, operating in a 123-bedded facility with close to 50 specialist consultants, offering personalised healthcare services to the community. Its staff strength stands at over 400 employees supported by medical services provided by 30 resident medical and surgical Consultants specialising in various disciplines incluidng Anaesthesiology, Cardiology, ENT, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurosurgy, O&G, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Paediatrics and Radiology. To support the consultant practice, KPJ Pahang is also equipped with facilities such as Pharmacy, Laboratory, Cathlab / Angiogram, 64 Slice CT Scanner, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammogram (Stereotactic Biopsy), General X-Ray, Dialysis, Operating Theatre, Accident & Emergency Unit (24 hours), Physiotherapy, ICU/CCU. KPJ Pahang became one of the first private hospitals on the East Coast equipped with a Cathlab Facility which enables its medical consultants to perform angiograms as well as angioplasty and stenting procedures.

Thank you to Dr. Raja Ahmad, the nurses, and staff for your excellent service and dedication. The service was very friendly and reassuring. This includes the dietary staff member named Fatin, for always patiently waiting for us to choose our meal menu. 😅 All the menus were delicious, making it difficult to choose. The food provided was perfectly seasoned, appealing, and appetizing. Fatin was very friendly and spoke kindly. May you continue to excel and maintain such quality and pure attitude. May KPJ continue to maintain the quality of its treatment services, environment, and cafe that perfectly suits tastes, especially the RM 10 Cedok-Cedok menu. It was very interesting. Earlier, when we were being discharged and had already gone downstairs, we received a call saying we had left a pillow behind. Thank you Dr. Noraziana & the Selendang ward staff team for helping me deliver my baby safely, facilitating the process, and performing your duties very efficiently.
