Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2)

Tuesday, September 8, 2026 I received a referral letter from SP Care to KPJ Damansara 2 to see an orthopaedic specialist. Coincidentally, I met with the doctor on duty that day, Dr. Thirumurugan. I was deeply impressed by Dr. Thiru's service, as he was extremely kind, very friendly, and highly professional. The explanations he used were also very easy to understand. And never forget to applaused his clinic assistant also who provided excellent service and very friendly and very helpfull and never stopped smiling.. My first impression with Dr. Thiru's clinic was already top-notch, moving on to the ward admission process starting at the emergency department, the billing staff there provided excellent and very friendly service, making patients feel completely at ease. Upon reaching the Premier Ward on Level 8, we were warmly welcomed by the security guard who opened the door for us and greeted politely by the nurses at Ward 804. When we entered the room, we were pleasantly surprised to get a very spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. The cleanliness maintained by the housekeeping team was also 5 stars. There was a ciut nurse wearing glasses at Ward 804 who inserted a branula into my hand so expertly that I felt no pain at all when the needle went in. All the nurses there treated me so wonderfully, and I am deeply grateful to everyone at Ward 804. The food had a wide variety of menu options and was very delicious,before I even had time to feel hungry, the meals had already arrived. My favorite was the fruit juice provided, which was super delicious. Moving on to the next chapter, Dr. Thiru decided to send me to the operating room for a procedure. Then, a very beautiful doctor, Dr. Vanitha, walked into my room with a lovely smile and explained all the operating theatre procedures. Her explanation was very straightforward, and I understood every detail she shared. The OT staff were all kind, extremely friendly, and took very good care of me throughout my time in the operating room. In fact, I did not even notice or feel anything when I was intubated. The next thing I knew, the procedure was already complete, I had regained consciousness, and I was transferred back to Ward 804. Throughout my stay in the ward, I would also like to express my gratitude to the physiotherapy team who were incredibly committed to their duties. This starts with the male staff member in the electrotherapy section, who was very polite when calling and escorting me from Room 804 to the 6th floor. I was pleasantly surprised by the physiotherapy facility, which was so beautiful and made me feel relaxed and in less pain after the treatment. Thank you also to physiotherapist Hajar, who was very kind and knowledgeable in explaining everything provided to me. All the physio staff were extremely helpful to me. When I found out that I was going to be discharged, it didn't take long for them to settle my insurance. The pharmacist came to deliver my medication and explain everything, and just a few minutes later, the billing staff came directly to my room to clear the bill. It was so convenient as I didn't need to go down to the admission department to settle everything. As my final words, the service at KPJ Damansara 2 Hospital is an experience I will never forget, and I will definitely tell my friends and very recommended to come here and i will tell them about the great service and care I received here. From the doctor and all staff here is Absolutely amazing..thank you once again.

I had a really good experience throughout my visit and check-up at KPJ Hospital. A big thank you to Dr. Jaideep Singh, his assistant Salina, and the entire endoscopy team for taking such good care of me. 🤍 Kak Farah HSU also help me at pharmacy and she is really friendly and professional. Everyone was very gentle, friendly, and reassuring, which made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I was quite nervous about the endoscopy at first, but I didn’t even realise when the procedure was being done because of the sedation, and everything felt so quick and smooth. Whenever I needed help, the team was attentive and made sure I was okay. I really appreciate the kindness, patience, and care they showed me throughout my visit. Thank you Dr. Jaideep, Salina, the endoscopy team, Kak Farah HSU for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier and more comfortable. 🌷

Dr. Jaideep is an excellent doctor who takes the trouble to explain everything to me. Salinah is very helpful too. The service rendered by the endoscopy team was great.
