I am truly grateful to Dr Ng Hian Chan and his wonderful medical team. After undergoing surgery in Taiwan, I returned to Penang and experienced some postoperative complications. Thankfully, Dr Ng Hian Chan handled my condition with great professionalism, care, and expertise, and successfully resolved the problem. Throughout the treatment, I could truly feel how skilled and gentle his hands were. The entire procedure was very comfortable, with no significant pain or discomfort, which made me feel completely safe and reassured. The nurses at the clinic were also extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. I am so thankful that I chose to come here for treatment. I had a good consultation with Dr. Tang Weng Chong. He was professional, patient, and took the time to explain my condition and treatment clearly. I appreciated his care and felt confident in his recommendations. The hospital was very busy during my visit, with a large number of patients and the rest rooms were a bit messy and tissues thrown around & not so much taken care of to cater to the larger usage . The rest rooms behind the consultation rooms on the ground floor .
