Dr. Bala was incredibly friendly, gentle, and patient throughout my father-in-law’s treatment. I had been experiencing difficulty breathing through my nose for several months, and it was starting to affect my daily life and sleep. I also remembered that last year I had a severe ear infection, and I was treated by Dr. Elang Kumaran, ENT Specialist. At that time, he admitted me to the hospital, started me on IV medication, and I recovered within just a few days. Because of the excellent care I received then, I didn't hesitate when I was referred back to him for my breathing issue. From the very first consultation, Dr. Elang was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. He performed a thorough examination, explained the cause of my breathing problem, and recommended FESS (Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery). He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood the procedure, which gave me great confidence. The surgery went very smoothly, and my recovery was much better than I had expected. The follow-up care was also excellent. I can finally breathe comfortably again, sleep better, and my overall quality of life has improved significantly. I would also like to give special thanks to Amirah Dr Elang's Nurse, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring throughout the entire process. She regularly followed up on my recovery after the surgery, checked on my progress. Her kindness and dedication made the whole experience even more reassuring. I was admitted into thomson hospital for lung infection and unfortunately had reflux and also supraglotitis oedema with bad pharyngitis. Was referred to Dr Mallina ENT consultant, she is super nice, pretty and calm. Received great treatment from her She did scope for me, and i did not feel any pain or discomfort during the procedure. Her CA Noor also super nice and very helpful. They both very attentive and professional with their job. Even my appt day also went very smooth. My kid also enjoyed during my appt🥰 Highly recommend to other pt!!

Done my yearly check up.with Dr Yong Jee Kien for many years already. Dr Yong is knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to answer all my questions. The nurse Kak Saroja was caring, and helpful made me feel comfortable. I'm very grateful for have both of them during my yearly visit. 🙏🏻🥰
