Good service. Staff nurse Afnidar is good. Zamrud Ward is very good. Dr. Veenesh is good.

Highly recommend Prof. Dr. Norlina! My elderly mother recently underwent cataract surgery under their package (check out their website) , and the entire experience was wonderful. Dr. Norlina is exceptionally knowledgeable, gentle, and gave my mother the absolute best care. The healing journey was incredibly smooth, thanks to her clear post-operative care recommendations and medication guidelines. What we appreciated most was her honesty. We had previously scouted several famous eye clinics that pushed hard-selling tactics for the most expensive lenses. Prof Dr. Norlina did none of that , she focused strictly on what my mother actually needed without pushing unnecessary upgrades. If you are looking for a highly skilled, trustworthy eye specialist, look no further!

He took the time to explain my grandfather’s condition and treatment clearly, which gave our family a lot of confidence and peace of mind. What I appreciated most was how personally involved he was throughout my grandfather’s care. He kept me updated on his progress, even taking the initiative to call and message me to let me know that my grandfather was doing well and ready for discharge. He also made sure the follow-up appointment and wound care were properly arranged. As a family member, it means so much to know that someone you love is being looked after by a doctor who is not only skilled, but also compassionate and approachable.
