I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation to Dr. Kanmani Devi Ganison, Dato’ Dr. Kantha Rasalingam and and the medical teams for your dedication, professionalism, and compassion in treating my husband. I understand that an emergency decision had to be made within a very short time frame of approximately 50 minutes, and I am truly grateful for the prompt and courageous decision to proceed with surgery in such a critical situation. Although my husband remained in a coma for 13 days and eventually passed away, I sincerely believe that both of you did everything possible and provided the best medical care under extremely challenging circumstances. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the Emergency Department team and the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team for their tireless efforts, constant care, and dedication throughout his treatment. The customer service was excellent. The staff were helpful & knowledgable. Dato Dr Kantha explained the treatment so well, and the plan for the treatment were acceptable as per my condition. Overall, everything was good.
